Learn the basics and safety of Paddleboarding in the morning and then play all day on your own or with friends. Designed to get you started in the right direction and allows you to build on it as much as you want by keeping a board and paddle for 24 hours. You can float the river or visit a nearby lake with board of your choice.
Hour intro on Fetcher Pond. Includes 24 hour board rental package.
Our lessons cater to your previous experience and we will paddle the stretch of the Yampa that will be the most safe for your group. Typically a lesson includes the following - Dry land safety training, flatwater paddle and board skills, then, paddling and playing down the Yampa as we charge through waves and whitewater; maybe even surf some. Since we love teaching so much, don't be surprised if lesson is closer to 2 hours.
Wanna experience the Yampa River TOGETHER, then book our Huge Board, the SUPSquatch and paddle the river with 5 of your closest family or friends. This is a 1.5 hour guided float down the Yampa where we'll shuttle you to and from the river launch and takeout . You will experience some good laughs, great memories, and a little bit of whitewater action.
